You are self-confident and have been fully trained in the hospitality industry and have already worked for some years in top gourmet restaurants. You have a strong interest in wine and want to learn more about it! A hard working person you are willing to take over all duties in the day-to-day running of our beautiful Estate (restaurant, bistro and cottage). You are a team player and like being part of a small but professional team. You have excellent references from your former employers. You are fluent in English and if you speak German or French even better.
