Vintage Worker/Cellar Hand
A Viticulturalist with a Winemaker background you have completed your professional training in all aspects of vineyard and cellar work. You are enthusiastic about working in our 11 hectares high-density planted vineyard, which utilises environmentally sustainable management practices for a low yielding crop of exceptionally concentrated fruit. You are hard working and have a strong interest in the making of top quality red and white wines. You are used to manual and tractor work, e.g. spraying and vineyard work like bud rubbing, shoot thinning, leaves plucking, bunch thinning and hand harvesting. You are self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
