We are very passionate about winegrowing and have planted over 26 different grape varieties - a great and exciting challenge for every viticulturist. We utilise organic vineyard practices including biodynamic philosophies for a low yielding crop of exceptionally concentrated fruit. The winery takes advantage of both high tech and traditional equipment with its own bottling and labelling facility to control the whole winemaking process. We are proud of our reputation of producing some of the world’s greatest wines.

We are looking for a fully trained and experienced Viticulturist who has some winemaking practice. It would be an advantage to have already worked on a similar small high quality estate where you have learnt to be hands-on and able to help wherever needed. Needless to say you have to be an excellent tractor driver, used to fork lift driving and handy in maintaining all machinery and equipment for vineyard and winery.

You will help organize the vintage and be hands-on with picking, collecting bins, handling the press and pump, plunging, pumping over, controlling fermentation, cleaning all harvest machinery, tanks and tools to the high hygiene standards maintained at our estate.
