The enchantingly beautiful Herzog Gourmet Restaurant provides the perfect setting for a very special Mother’s Day offering a modern and sophisticated 3 course lunch prepared by our Master Chefs. Celebrate the special occasion in style and join us for either lunch or dinner!
Enjoy a delicious set 3 course menu by our Master Chefs, a glass of Sparkling Cuvee ‘Therese’ Vintage Rose on arrival, three glasses of Hans’ handcrafted iconic wines to match the menu, coffee or tea with Petit fours, homemade bread service.
Lunch bookings from 12:00-2:00pm
Dinner bookings from 6:00-8:00pm

Please note that the matching wines served with your lunch are 100ml servings, dessert wine 50ml. Extra charges will apply for additional Sparkling wine, soft drinks e.g. Mineral water, spirits, cigars etc.
The menus are prepared from fresh seasonal produce available that week. Any special dietary requirements must be made at time of reservation.
Any cancellation must be made in writing. A cancellation fee of 50% per person will be charged if the booking does not show or if it is canceled with less than 7 days’ notice.

Kick off the night with a glass of Cuvee Therese Vintage Sparkling Rose and appetizers in the beautiful Winery. Therese & Hans are warm and welcoming hosts who love making their guests feel at home. Mingle with your fellow guests, have a chat with vivacious Therese or ask Hans, one of NZ’s most celebrated winemakers anything about wine. Stroll through the vines and beautiful gardens or stay cool in the beautiful barrel hall.
8 pm Gourmet Restaurant Degustation Dinner
The luxurious ambience of the elegant restaurant with its stylish lounge and sweeping verandas oozes European elegance. A splendid back drop for your New Year celebration. A delicious 5-course market fresh set Degustation Menu from our Michelin star experienced Chefs is matched by Hans’ world class wines. A true indulgence experience and a touch of heaven on earth. The culinary journey goes at a leisurely pace with dessert served before 11 pm.
12 am Midnight count down and Champagne Sabrage celebration under the starry sky!
