Pinot Gris 2011

This is no ordinary Pinot Gris - full-bodied unveiling layers of concentration paying respect to its exceptional fruit. It exudes the characteristics of this wonderful aromatic grape variety. The Herzog classic pinkish blush tinge is prevalent, and with classic William pear overtones and quince on the palette, it’s obvious why this complex wine is so successful.

Sauvignon Blanc 'Grand Duchesse'

Sauvignon Blanc 'sur lie' 2010

We handpicked our Sauvignon Blanc grapes from our 14 year old, low yielding vines. Aged in oak barrels for 12 months, this is a pure, elegant Sauvignon Blanc with creamy aromas of crisp honeyed, grapefruit and pineapple together with fine acidity for a strong backbone.

Chardonnay 2011

Wonderfully fresh and floral with aromas of ripe stonefruit and exotic fruits. This is a wine of rich texture and complexity perfectly balanced by fine acidity and great minerality offering a tantalisingly long finish.
This epitome of elegance is one to enjoy now or keep for years to
come…

Viognier 2010

We picked our 2010 Viognier on the 11th April at a tiny low yield of 750g per vine. It has retained the deep yellow colour of the ripe grapes and offers a heady wine with rich aromas and flavours of apricot, peach and tropical flowers.

Pinot Noir 'Grand Duc'

Pinot Noir 2009

Enticing flavours of red berries, wild strawberries and raspberries tantalize your senses embraced by a beautiful acidity and soft tannins. A charming and delicate Pinot Noir with a deep and long finish, it is an exceptionally complex, concentrated & elegant wine.

Merlot Cabernet "Spirit of Marlborough" 2003

This elegant and velvety Bordeaux-style blend is lavishly rich yet
elegant with stunning aromas of plum, dark berries, fresh dates,
chocolate and hints of spices showing off its soft tannins and
amazing depth. Unfiltered and unfined.

Montepulciano 2008

The Hans Herzog Montepulciano is produced from extremely low yields that results in amazingly high concentration levels. The 2008 vintage produced a full-bodied and deep dark cherry coloured Montepulciano bursting with power, concentration and texture.
A heady nose, displaying flavours of cranberry and dark ripe plums underpinned by liquorish and savoury overtones. This is a complex blend of intense ripe fruit enveloped by fine tannins. A voluptuous, smooth and delicate wine which will age gracefully over the next 15years.
