From a single vintage and distilled from the very soul of the grape, this rare Grappa captures not the juice, but the noble remains of Montepulciano. Crafted from fresh, organically grown pomace, left behind after Hans’s gentle pressing, it is a pure and uncompromising expression of grape and place.

Hand-distilled in minute quantities by Hans and matured for 15 years in glass, it remains crystal clear, preserving its pristine aromatic profile. The bouquet unfolds with layered notes of wild herbs, dried flowers, and warm spice, leading to a palate that is powerful yet composed, carried by a refined 42% warmth.

Produced in extremely limited quantities, each bottle represents a fleeting moment of the vintage, impossible to replicate, and unlikely to return.

Best served slightly chilled in a tulip-shaped glass to concentrate its bouquet and allow its warmth to unfold with precision. Traditionally enjoyed as a digestif, or alongside an espresso, in true Italian fashion.

Each label is individually hand-painted by Hans, making every bottle a singular collector’s piece.
