• Private Tastings & Tours: 24h notice for full refund; 18+; payment due at booking.
• Private Experiences with the Herzogs: 10 working days’ notice for full refund; 18+; payment on confirmation.
• Late arrivals may shorten or forfeit experiences.
• Cottage Stays: Full payment at booking; no check-ins on public holidays; cancellations within 60 days incur full charges; amendments $50; refunds less 2.5% credit card fee.

• Must be of legal drinking age in your country.
• Duties, taxes, and customs are buyer’s responsibility.
• Duties, taxes, and shipping costs for high-value international orders may be higher than the checkout estimate. We will contact you with an updated quote before processing your order, and you can choose to proceed or request a refund.
• No chargebacks accepted; contact us with questions.
