The Hans Connoisseur Club is a points-based loyalty programme where points unlock membership tiers and exclusive privileges. Earn points through enjoying and sharing our wines, and progress through the different club levels with increasing benefits and access.

MEMBER Questions

How do I become a Member?

We use a points based loyalty program. To sign up, simply click here to set up your account you can then use the Hans Connoisseur Club widget in the bottom right corner to start earning points and unlocking exclusive rewards and benefits. Make sure you are logged into your account to accumulate your points.

How do I view my points?

Simply log into your account using the person icon in the top right corner or via the ‘My Account’ tab on our Hans Connoisseur Club page. Your points balance can then be viewed in the Hans Connoisseur Club widget at the bottom right corner of the screen.

Each time you enter a new club tier, we will also send you an email outlining your benefits and how to redeem them, so we recommend keeping these emails for future reference.

I live overseas, can I still enjoy all membership benefits?

Absolutely. Our Hans Connoisseur Club is open to wine lovers worldwide.

Due to international freight restrictions and costs, some member gifts including wooden cases and Grappa are available for collection from our estate only. For wine orders, international members are welcome to contact us directly for personalised shipping quotes and the most suitable delivery options available.

Is there a minimum order?

Our general rule is 3 bottles minimum per online order (unless larger formats). However, to be eligible for the discounts provided with each membership level e.g. 10% off all current releases on gold tier, this does require a minimum order of 6 bottles. If you order below this your order will not be eligible for discount, but you will still accumulate points. Remember to log in to your account when purhcasing online and you will find your rewards and benefits in your tier introduction email.

I have enough points but no rewards appear?

Your points balance is shown in the widget, while your rewards and benefits are sent separately by email. Please keep these emails for future reference.

IS THERE AN EXPIRY DATE ON MY MEMBERSHIP?

Your points and membership will expire after 1 year of inactivity. Meaning if you have not ordered wine from us within a year of your last order your points will revert back to zero.

What Experiences can I book

Our bookable experiences include all Wine Experiences at our estate as well as stays at our exclusive Vineyard Cottage. Platinum members and above enjoy preferred member pricing on these experiences.

What is excluded from member pricing on current releases?

Member pricing applies to our current release wines and excludes library wines and selected special releases.
