Our Hans Connoisseur Club is a points based program giving you flexibility on how you can earn points by doing what you love. Enjoying and sharing wine. Below we have outlined how you can earn points, our club tiers and membership FAQs. We look forward to spoiling you!
We have carefully devised our tiers with you, the winelover, in mind. We wanted to take you on complete journey from your first sip of Hans' handcrafted wines all the way to when you can visit and explore our Estate through our Private Experiences and Vineyard Cottage. We cannot wait to spoil you!

- Shop Online - 1 point for every $1 spent
- Follow us on Social Media - 10 points
- Share our Profiles - 10 points
- Celebrate a Birthday - 5 points
How do I become a Member?
We use a points based loyalty program. To sign up, simply click here to set up your account you can then use the Hans Connoisseur Club widget in the bottom right corner to start earning points and unlocking exclusive rewards and benefits. Make sure you are logged into your account to accumulate your points.
How can I see how many points I have earned?
Easy! Simply log into your account using the person icon in the top right corner (or the 'My Account' tab in our Hans Connoisseur Club page). You can then see how many points you have earned by clicking the Hans Connoisseur Club widget in the bottom right corner.
We will also email you each time you have entered a new club tier. This email will outline all your benefits and how you can redeem them so it is important to keep this email in a safe place.
Is there an expiry date on my membership?
Your points and membership will expire after 1 year of inactivity. Meaning if you have not ordered wine from us within a year of your last order your points will revert back to zero.
Is there a minimum order?
Our general rule is 3 bottles minimum per online order (unless larger formats). However, to be eligible for the discounts provided with each membership level e.g. 10% off all current releases on gold tier, this does require a minimum order of 6 bottles. If you order below this your order will not be eligible for discount, but you will still accumulate points. Remember to log in to your account when purhcasing online and you will find your rewards and benefits in your tier introduction email.
I have the correct amount of points for a club tier, however the widget says I have no rewards?
Do not fear. We use the widget as a way for you to earn points and see how many points you have. But it is with our emails where you can view your rewards and benefits, this is why it is important to keep these safe. If you cannot find your email, you can call us on 03 572 8770 or email email@example.com.
Can i be a member if i live overseas?
If you live overseas you can absolutely still be a member and enjoy the rewards and benefits. However due to freight regulations we would be unable to send you the exclusive Herzog Corkscrew or ship our handcrafted Grappa (due to alcohol laws and restrictions). If you are planning to visit Marlborough, then we can arrange for you to collect these from our Estate.
What are bookable experiences
Our bookable experiences range from our tastings and flights at the cellar door, Tours, wine & food experiences and our exclusive Vineyard Cottage. As a platinum member or higher you shall receive discount on such experiences.
