The program

Aperitif will be at the hotel’s signature Boathouse, overlooking the Wynyard Quarter's Lighter Basin, with a welcome by Park Hyatt’s General Manager Brett Sweetman who will talk about the story behind this amazing 5star hotel. After the ‘unveiling’, we will be introduced to the many stunning artwork in the hotel before proceeding to Onemata Restaurant for a four-course dinner matched with the rarest and most exclusive of our artisan wines.
