We recently launched a carefully curated selection of wine flights at the cellar door, which complement our current portfolio of experiences for wine lovers.
Our ‘Spirit of Marlborough’ lovers can enjoy ‘The Spirit Journey’, a signature vertical tasting of our iconic red blend. The flight begins with a barrel sample moving then to 2015 (current release) and library editions such as 2011 and 2008.
Similarly, Pinot Noir lovers can immerse themselves into ‘Life of Pinot’, starting with a barrel sample moving then to 2016 (current release) and library editions such as 2013 and 2020, understanding the true potential of this noble variety in Marlborough.
White wine lovers can explore the diversity Marlborough has to offer by choosing ‘La Vie en Blanc’, tasting a selection of 4 expressions of white varietals from different vintages.
Adventurous wine lovers can choose the ‘The Wairau Wheel of Fortune’ flight, which will take them on a blind tasting with a vast arrange of wines that might include barrel samples to library wines. It is the perfect instance to test your wine tasting skills or to have a great time with your friends.
These new flights contribute to consolidating our estate as a destination for wine lovers. Through these experiences, our visitors can explore a portfolio of 25 different varieties that showcases the potential of Marlborough as a world-class wine growing region.
The selection of flights will be available at our Door between Monday and Friday (9:00AM to 4:30PM) and are going to be available for a limited time during the summer and autumn season.
