Prelude to Perfection – The Purity Collection (6 Whites Elegant and true to Hans’s precision, these varietals express the purity and clarity of our white wines: Arneis, Vermentino, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier, and the delightful “intruder” -Vintage Sparkling Rosé.

Six wines that showcase ancestry, elegance, and the unmistakable concentration from our artisan wine growing. Each wine benefits from Hans’ meticulous vineyard work and exceptionally low yields, delivering wines of finesse, structure, and charm.

Arneis 2024 - Originally from Piedmont, home of Barolo and Barbaresco (Nebbiolo); our gravelly, sandy soils echo the top Roero Arneis but with more concentration. A mineral-driven, elegant white with vibrant lemon, pear, and yellow plum notes, layered with jasmine and hints of quince and toasted almond. Fresh, textured, and exquisitely structured.

Vermentino 2024 - A rare, limited white of Mediterranean heritage, bright and fresh yet deeply concentrated, with intense aromas of peach, citrus zest, and subtle minerality. Truly off the chart.

Sauvignon Blanc 2020 - From Marlborough but a world apart: rich, textured, and layered, with explosive fruit, minerality, and remarkable depth from wild fermentation and extended lees ageing.

Chardonnay 2021 - Elegant and silky, with vibrant energy, floral aromas, ripe stone and exotic fruits, and a rich, mineral-driven texture. Long, tantalising finish, built for ageing.

Viognier - Exceptionally aromatic, with layers of apricot, peach, and tropical flowers, bright acidity, and remarkable complexity. A Rhône-inspired white at its finest.

Cuvée Thérèse Rosé Extra Brut - Dry, elegant, and refined, with over 7 years on the lees. Intense strawberry and raspberry aromas, pure and balanced, in the style of top vintage Champagnes.
