Hans Herzog natural winemaking+

The grapes were given a few days of cold-soak before the natural yeast initiation of the ferment. The wine spent 18 days on skins before being pressed & transferred into French barriques (30% new) for malolactic fermentation and further aging for 30 months. Unfined & unfiltered to maintain the great flavours. Natural sediment may show.

Original Tasting Notes+

A stunningly elegant Pinot with beautiful clean lines. Showing off with an abundance of red berry flavours with subtle undertones of Mediterranean herbs, earthiness and spice. Like a walk in a forest after rain - fresh, vibrant and alluring with ripe tannins, fine acidity and minerality.
