Thrilled to offer you privileged access to private experiences on our beautiful and luxurious estate, we bring in a private chef who will match a series of creative dishes to our artisan wines and one of us looking after you, revealing everything you like to know about wines.
Depending on the season, soak up the sun alfresco on sweepings verandahs or at one of our beautiful spaces with open fireplaces, artwork and antiques for heaps of ambience. Picture-perfect for a great wine & dine!
Our private chef prepares tasty, elegant food based on the natural abundance of our region. Our wine ambassador will match each course with one of Hans’ outstanding wines. A must-do indulgence!
If this is not enough extravagance, you may add a bottle from the Herzog's private walk-in wine-cellar with a curated wine library close to 500 of the world’s finest wines to your feast. Or a cigar from Hans' impressive private Havana cigar collection. Perfectly stored in the climate-controlled barrel hall and matured for up to twenty years. We can even set up a smoker table on our verandah, with blankets should it get fresh.
